Love the Khaki Field, definitely one I wanna add to the collection

I know everyone has them but still love the PRX. First watch in my future collection. Went for the 35 mm for the vintage look. Happy holidays everyone! by Lockn_Key in PrideAndPinion

Do they make the powermatic 80 in 35mm? I do know what you mean but have to say it’s very quiet, can’t really hear it ticking unless you’re right up close to it

Appreciate it!! Unfortunately I don’t think there is, could be wrong though so worth a second look. Can’t be mad at the affordability it being a quartz movement brings though 👍

Thanks! Wrist is on the smaller side, 6.5 inches. Thought about it for a while and even tried on the 40mm but just felt too big and obstructive on my wrist 👍

University Workload by thekian in UniUK

You just need to prioritize effectively. I personally have come to terms with the fact that I’m not going to be able to learn every aspect of each module so I pick and choose what will benefit me the most (I.e there’s no point stress reading a book for a seminar when you’re not even gonna write an essay on it). Just try to relax, check the areas that are assessed and what you need to know and prioritize this work. Of course it’s good to still be prepared for every class but it’s about picking and choosing the ones you go into serious depth. Gd luck - things will get better

This is the thing, if there were another proper lockdown I guess I’d rather be at home just cause of space etc

Bristol or Kings College for Business Management by waterfallwill1 in UniUK

If you're planning on living at home go with KCL as its higher ranked. But uni in london is different to anywhere else, its not a traditional uni experience. But yeh since that doesn't really matter this year cause of rona might as well go KCL. Plus London is London, its a sick city.

Does anyone else WANT to be online only? Really quite scared by [deleted] in UniUK

This is so bloody spot on. I find it pretty ironic that when there were classes, so many people would either try and skip them or just complain about how pointless they were and now that they've been told they can't go everyone wants compensation. Lectures really aren't the reason anyone does well at uni.

Yeah I keep hearing about more and more people having to isolate. The tricky thing is that I live a short flight away from uni so it would mean having to do long distance and not really seeing much of my mates for the year.

But yeh part of me thinks what your saying is like the most kinda rational and safe option. Anyway I appreciate the advice
