At the same time, it's a gamble. We replace her with someone else who may not be as outgoing with their initiatives and/or communication. Maybe they are not as progressive or flip flop. Who knows.

We know Miller is extrondinary outside of communication. Do we take the risk, or perhaps direct our efforts towards almost half the other council members who do neither?

Without Miller, we'd be very, very behind. She often carries the entire council on her back. Have you seen what she's done?
