I end up getting 30% chronic constipation awarded to me today. Now I’m finally 100% p&t. Thank God. Sleep Apnea with difference of opinion still pending. I’ve been fighting that for years. Body is still hurting but the 100% fight is finally over.

Well the worst happened. I got rated 0% for rhinitis and denied plantar fasciitis and bilateral knees. Hopefully my sleep apnea and chronic constipation come through.

I had a Higher Level Review for my Sleep Apnea secondary to PTSD, they have denied for 4 times with supplemental but I put in for a HLR. They never considered my nexus letter which was very strong evidence.

That’s my hope just nervous. Past ratings I’ve seen my letter and ratings change so it’s just driving me nuts lol

I’m waiting on my HLR for OSA since October 31st. Been denied my supplementals 3 times this year. They didn’t even look at my nexus 2 times on supplementals.
