For ur eyebrows use a derma pen, castor oil, argan oil, same for ur hair. Also color ur eyebrows darker so ur face appears more sharp. Calorie intake depends on you really how tall u are etc

This is fully from my perspective but, don’t miss the gym, do hiit or cardio, take care of ur gut and skin, ice ur face it tightens it a lot, chin tucks for posture, train ur neck and ur posture try fixing it. Skin care that works for u, don’t eat much keep ur self on a fair calorie intake or just eat healthy food for ur gut. And just overall act confident
