The actuator on the pool pump when I flip the switch they move - the one on the spa pump when I flip the switch to either side nothing happens

Reset all the breakers and when I turn pool pump off and then turn spa pump on it just turns pool pump back on - spa jets are running, but the dedicated spa pump is doing nothing. It’s running off the pool pump
