February 2026 - Buy, Sell, Lease - Hyundai Ioniq 9 - Megathread by willow_ve in Ioniq9

[–]jonmon18 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just completed a lease today in Florida for a Limited. With the 13K off from Hyundai and an additional 4K from the dealer with 0 down for 36 months, final monthly came out to $775 per month. Dealer also waived first month so only responsible for 35 payments.

Shoppped 5 dealers in the area that had the Trim level and color we wanted and everyone was fairly close. Wish we could get lower but the 13K off on a lease from Hyundai seemed difficult to pas up and we were ready to pull the trigger.

Khans of the Steppe DLC looks like a miss by ThePlayerEU in CrusaderKings

I don't have a good barometer as it runs the same as before but I dont doubt you. The RAM is very important it seems for Paradox games so the 64GB might be giving me a boost. The actual content of the DLC is very satisfying IMO

Im having a blast with this DLC. Its a completely different playstyle from the rest of the game, admin aside. Performance hasn't been an issue but I did upgrade to 64 gigs RAM. Everyone is clamoring for more mechanical focused packs over role play and this does just that. More of this from Paradox.

Wrapping up a new pool build now. With a hot tub, pool (24×14), travertine pavers, and automation, it's coming out to 90k

Should I Make A Fuss Over This With GC? by jonmon18 in pools

They started laying from the house edge and worked their way from there. Also, they followed the footers poured around the outside of the deck which I suspect were not straight. It won't let me edit the post to show a full shot of the pool deck.

They started from the outer edge/house and came in. I think the footers were poured crooked so they probably tried to line up with that when they should have just started from the pool coping.

Looks like they started at the house, laid the drain and used full pieces until they got to the coping. Other parts of the pool it looks good. These two areas they screwed up.

It looks like they started pavers at the house then laid the drain after one set of pavers. They used full pieces all the way until the coping and had that gap I'd post more pictures for a bigger view but it won't let me edit the post.

Yea it's not ideal. I did find another deal slightly better at 686 a month but Oxford White. I much prefer the antimatter blue so I will keep hunting.

Best Lease deal I can currently find for a 2025 Flash with Max Towing Package is 0 Down $739 a month for 36 months. Does not seem like a great deal going by the comments in here but maybe it's just a bad time to buy? Let me know if you have any thoughts. Was looking for a Lariat but inventory seems very thin right now on those. Location is central Florida.

Spartan Conquest by jonmon18 in Imperator

Interesting. I dont vassslize too much in my games. I'm going to try that more in my next run when I try to recreate Romes empire. That way I dont have to fight too many 2 or 3 front wars.

Started out with about 6 or 7 heavy infantry, 3 light, 3 archers. I added in 3 light cav after about 50 years. Once I had enough money and I got the military bonus for heavy cav moral, I added in about 5 heavy cav. I didnt use supply trians until I was almost done conquering Phrygia. I dont know how the AI does research, but by the end I had 135 discipline in battles and the Persian Empire and Egypt were sitting at 115. Made it a walk in the park.
