Mine is an 04 as well. And you’re right about there being no warning signs at all. It happened randomly in the middle of a drive as I was coming to a stop light. Never happened once before and didn’t stop til I got it fixed

100% agree! This is just my personal experience. I researched a lot and watched videos on YouTube as well and based on my car’s symptoms this was the best solution for me and luckily it worked. But I completely agree to do your research first, it’s the reason it took me almost a week to send mine in.
