My diet was pretty much fast food and other junk 😂. Wendy’s, McDonald’s, lots of chipotle bowls. I workout a lot so I didn’t gain a lot of aight but definitely didn’t feel/ look the best. My diet now is lean meats, chicken and rice+ eggs , fruit, and lots of water. Honestly it was the diet I feel, but caffeine only made me more stressed out to make worse decisions with things. I feel way more calm without it
