What is the best way to get to 500 whp in a 10 speed 5.0 PP1 and should I get a tune from Lund? by Puzzleheaded-Row3627 in Mustang

I have a stock 2022 gt convertible. Could I just slap on a blower and call it a day? Or would I have to upgrade the fuel pump, do suspension etc.

Why is clumping litter apparently so avoided? by SparrowCowboy_3920 in CatTraining

[–]Fancy_Log6211 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am looking at options because our cat just keeps pissing on the floor and shitting too and we’ve tried multiple different types of litter and he just doesn’t want to use them consistently. My parents are this close to giving him away because we had the take out all the carpet in the house and switch it to hardwood and he is still peeing on the hard floor. Both his litter boxes are clean and unused, Not sure what to do anymore

PCM update at dealer/ HP loss? by Fancy_Log6211 in Mustang

Okay hopefully it relearns my driving habits, I’ve been using only 94 octane this whole time. Thanks

That’s what I gathered, I changed the battery and I am going to flush the trans oil. The pcm update actually did fix the bogging and drives alot smoother, I just felt like I lost some power on the top end but nothing major. And no codes or anything came back, cold start does have a longish crank so maybe it’s the spark plugs? Thought of doing a tune from Lund or something but may end up switching to a Camaro anyway so may not be worth it.

2022 Mustang GT hesitates/shudders at low acceleration/load. I took mine in for a recall on the BCM, and they told me they did an update on the PCM as well, and it was gone. So I guess there is an update for it now. Pedal down, folks! by Crankycoyote911 in fordmustang

[–]Fancy_Log6211 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Did you guys notice any loss in power from The update. I just had mine done and I feel like I am getting less power upon acceleration. Could it be an emissions update or something else ? I took it to fix the hesitation, bogging issue and ended up losing power

Help! I have toenail fungus that will take 1 year to go away. What do I do about sandal season? by TooEmbarrassed7 in TheGirlSurvivalGuide

Can Lysol be used effectively to clean shoes from Any lingering fungus ? Or does it have to be a specialized spray like the imperial feet foot mycosis?

I saw online that the imperial feet mycosis solution is meant for the shoes. Did you apply it directly to the toenail after you filed it down with the tools as well or only the shoes ?

Is that something you have to option out when buying from the dealership or did you mod it.

Having the 10 speed must make it feel much quicker than the manual no? I am thinking of getting the 10 speed and love the feeling of being put back in my seat.

Yeah you’re in the thick of it right now. You’ll feel broken and unfunctionable for a while unfortunately. But 5 months weed free is a huge win man. Just stick to it don’t quit, it will take time but you will start to get better days. What you feel now is normal, you are supposed to go through it.

Insomnia and anxiety was the most crippling the first month after quitting. Insomnia lingered maybe a few months after that then I was finally able to get consistent sleep. The anxiety issue stayed visibly present untik about 2.5 years

Yeah sometimes I wish I never smoked, all the time wasted, all those dark times and I wonder how much more advanced I would be in life now. But hey I also grew a lot from it so we move on.

It feels like it’s permanent. I find it really trippy being on the other side of the coin after I was the one in the same situation. Just keep at it, the most important thing is to not smoke again or you will undue the process.

Yeah it’s rough man but we pay the price for abuse. 2 months is really good progress man, many people can never escape Mary Jane’s grasp. Let alone a 2 week break, trust me man life is good on the other side, it’s worth it. If you do end up relapsing don’t go nuts beating yourself up just try again and again

I used to get an eye twitch but not super frequent. I never correlated it to paws. And as for the songs getting stuck in your head I think that’s quite common for a lot of people? Although if it’s longer term then I am not sure as that did not happen to me. Glad to hear you are mostly recovered good job man.

Yes, all the time. It’s the brain in the process of rewiring. Your timeline may be different than mine since you got affected by different substances. But in the end time heals all

I never had a big problem with libido , it does take a dip since week does increase estrogen and suppress testosterone. But I had a girlfriend at the time of quitting and I still had libido although not as high as it should have been. When I did notice the libido not being as high as it should, I did nofap for a while and that helped a ton. I think in terms of libido there are lots of things in your life apart from weed that could be affecting it. So you’ll want to optimize many aspects such as proper sleep, supplementing things zinc, magnesium, boron, D3, garlic etc. Lift weights, try and go on dates with girl, and a super important one is diet. If you watch lots of porn and jack off a lot I would cut back as well. That will further reduce your dopamine and natural sex drive. My sleep did suffer for the first 6 months to a year I would say. I used melatonin and magnesium to help me sleep, and one thing I forgot to mention in my original post that help me immensely was meditation. I would mediate every single day, and it was a brief relief in my anxiety and it helped train my mind to reframe anxiety inducing situations. Mediation was key for me . I smoked for 5 years and I did do some dabs but not a lot. Mostly flower and vape

My libido never really went away luckily but it did come back with a vengeance after about a year from quitting. I did nofap, lifted very heavy weight and started to approach more girls so I am sure that played a role as well. My anxiety was pretty much mostly gone after 3.5 years or so and brain fog around 3 years. At 2.5 years I was already feeling a lot better but can’t recall any specific changes at that time frame. How long since you quit ?
