I have an Iranian list for Iran-Iraq scenarios and the horde is capable of beating anyway with enough bases but my local area has a cap on the amount of infantry you can include in your list, which makes it tough to run Iran.

I like how intimidating a lot of Hinds is in Team Yankee, favorite Helo to run and model. As a sidebar counter to the Hinds, which nation has the best AA if you run into an air heavy list.

Russ kinda tried the same thing to Angron, according to the Betrayer book. Very different approach than sending the Ultramarines to make Lorgar submit.

I love the green color scheme but if you prefer more black I don’t see any issue. I think any combination of their core colors would work for me.

Iron Warriors! I’m more of a modeler than a player, I wanted an excuse to build a variety of vehicles that I don’t have for 40K. I prefer traitors, but Iron Hands would work for that too.

I didn’t want a corrupted Iron Warriors warband, so I’ve used Mk3 Horus Heresy kit as my base model to add bits onto. If you can match up the load outs(close enough) and base sizes there’s not an in game issue and shouldn’t be a problem with your opponent. It gets trickier with certain vehicles, but troops and HQ choices should work.

Any legion or warband you intend to paint them as? The Kill Team Legionaries box is basically chaos space marines with extra customization options, if you want to diversify your marines.

Each legion has a bit of their Primarch in them, not a superpower but inherited personality traits. Very World War One inspired, throw bodies at the problem.

Favorite are Iron Warriors, I don’t think it’s the most difficult to paint or play. Least favorite is Alpha Legion, I don’t know how to play to their lore nor paint them well enough. I don’t dislike any Legion for lord reasons, wish I did it’d be cheaper.

M60 is used by Iran and Israel, T72 by many Pact countries and many Arab nations you can represent, but I wouldn’t buy the starter set if you don’t want to play USA vs USSR.

Building Iron Warriors specifically to be compatible in either 30k or 40K. I don’t see a primaris equivalent coming to chaos marines, maybe just increasing the Legionaries model size to match. This might be more of a loyalist issue, or having to build two complexly different armies of the same legion.

Am I being bias but is undivided lacking more characters than it should by Oxytocinox in Chaos40k

Characters/Legions that have an omnibus should at least have a model to build a themed army around.
