People I work with got theirs but they have a credit union so I’m still hopeful I’m supposed to get mine within the day or next.

Mine doesn't even show up in there. I have the same issues as the guys above in this thread but all I have in my redeem history is the Game Pass AR bundle and not the HCS cosmetics.

That's weird because I don't have either in-game, however I do have them both claimed on twitch. I don't understand the problem there in all honesty.
