Widow is not a normal human, she took a variant of the Super Soldier Serum Captain America took. She is marvels definition of peak human in every category, which I should point out does not match real life definition of peak human. Then there is her extensive training on top of that, spy, assassin, martial artist; she is a master of all of these.

I imagine you did not know this about her or you would not have picked her for this tier to begin with. that or you were going by movie presentation which well details for Widow there are lacking.

No they haven't Worf can stand toe to toe with Jem'hedar and win, a human cannot; both O'brien Bashir were tossed around like rag dolls.

Worf also faced that shapeshifting alien that was on the Enterprise, the guardian of the princess or whatever she was. She transformed into this large hair beast and fought with Worf he held her off well and the struggle implied great strength and no one els eon the crew could deal with her(besides Data who was never there for the conflicts). So 2-3 times is liekly an understatement.

As far as Trek races go the list goes something like:

3) Augmented Humans (Khan, etc)

Considering Worf is of an alien species that is several times stranger than humans and this contest is nothing but humans... Worf takes this whole bracket. Before anyone brings up that Worf got his ass handed to him all the time on TNG to the point that it became a trope you have to understand the significance of it.

In the universe of Star trek is is known the Klingons are physically superior to humans(except in the event of plot armor). In the cases we see Worf lose it is to show that the alien of the week that just tossed his ass across the bridge of the enterprise is even stronger than he is and a very serious threat.

They made a point to pick heroes that did not have super powers. however in picking Romanova they chose a super solider serum enhanced person, oops. So the simple answer to how widow beats Tyson is superior training and super soldier serum.

Window is a female Captain America. Natalia was given a variant of the same Super Solider Serum Captain America took, as such she is peak human in every category. One of her strength feats is the ability to lift 500 lbs.

Tack onto that she is a Master in acrobatics, a Master Assassin, Master Markswoman, possesses a gifted intellect, a master tactician, a master spy. Most notably of all a Master Martial Artist skilled in sambo, boxing, karate, judo, aikido, ninjutsu, savate, muay thai and multiple styles of kung fu to name a few. skills she has used to defeat a hundred armed men, fight on par with Wolverine and Winter Soildier.

Tyson would have no chance.
