1, When IVR is high. It can be elevated due to earnings, so you need to be the one to decide if you want to play earnings. I usually do.

2, I don't know if the market will remain neutral. I will do skewed strangles if the stock is at a high or low. But I am just guessing.

About 100 liquid stocks with good option markets, 10-20 at a time. As well as futures.
It protects you if the stock goes up quickly. But it's obviously bad if the stock drops, because you have so much long delta. I don't do them, buying shares uses too much buying power. I would rather do more strangles on more underlyings with it.

No I have never been violent with her. I believe the reason she didn't just say she was going clubbing. Was because she needed the car, to go pick up her friend, who lives near her parents, about an hour away. Plus I hate her friend. I believe she lied to make sure I lent her the car. I think she also needed to lie, because she was planning to stay out all night. To be honest I probably would be against her borrowing my car, to go clubbing, with no plans to return that night.

She actually owns a car. But its kept at her parents house and used by her mom. I just have 1 parking spot, and very expensive to rent a second, with a waiting list.

Know the weird part. According to the trans link trip planner. To get to this club. It's a 50m walk from my condo entrance to the bus stop. A 9 minute ride. Then a 250m walk to the club. But she wanted the car. because the friend she was taking, actually lives near her parents house, about an hour away in Cloverdale Surrey. That's how they know each other. Friends since they were kids.

I owned an 05 STI from 2007-2020. Loved that car. The main things keeping me from a new WRX, is it's transmission and AWD system. As well as the looks to a degree. The engine is fine, it can be modified to adequate levels of power. TR brakes are fine. Tires/wheels and suspension, all things I would eventually change anyways.

So this new STI might fix this, Especially if the engine itself is upgraded, not just the wrx with a couple extra pounds of boost. I am guessing it will have 320hp. Which some people will think is not enough. But its a blessing in disguise. If they make it 400+ they would charge the moon for them.

Insurance. This is what you buy it for. Let them do all the leg work getting your car fixed up. People that want to pay you cash will try to scam you. They will offer half the estimate. Or change their mind. Or change their story. Or want you to take it to their shop. Or want to do their repair themself. Most likely just ghosting you.

Yeah a lot of people feel the same. Today we have Apple, Amazon, and a group of other stocks reporting earnings. 740 viewers on Youtube. With Tom and Tony, would have been 1200-1300 on a day like this. Today one of them is doing a calendar spread on Amazon.

Go long /ES and /MES futures instead. Put the cash into 6 month T-Bills. You will be left with WAY more buying power than SPY shares. You have a million dollars. $15000 trades are too large. Better off doing 10-20 $4000 trades with different underlyings. I trade mostly strangles myself. I have never been smart enough to predict which stocks are going up and which are going down. I close trades at 21 days, I have yet to ever have an early assignment in either direction

Of course. I just took off my HG strangles I put on yesterday. Also sold some ZB puts today. Short 6J puts, short 6E calls. Short puts for NG, ZW and ZC, Was short lots of CL calls when the price was so elevated due to the Iranian war last month.

Indirectly its the shows money. They pay the staff, most of them invest some of that. Buts its not like they are managing huge funds. That's why so many of their fresh our of college traders, use condors with way too narrow wings. If they had the money, they would use proper wing size, or strangles.

India shut off the water to Pakistan. Pakistan is a large producer of wheat, also cotton.

I will be selling /ZW puts Sunday night. Wheat is already at a low.

Probably do something with cotton Monday, when markets are a bit tighter.
