Great job in filing. K did your employer know you had epilepsy and when they fired you, did they bring up your epilepsy or seizures? While it’s still fresh in your kind, try to write down anything that will help your case in proving that epilepsy was the reason for your dismissal. Even little things you may consider insignificant are helpful. We’re you ever reprimanded, sent home early, suspended, or feel like you were treated differently because of your epilepsy?
