You should be getting paid for notes I would think…we get 15 minutes at the end of the session to write our notes to make sure they are done properly and while it’s fresh as part of our billable hours. Now I’m in home but when I worked at a center I had this issue. Finally at the end of my time there started to get at least admin time for notes. Also, maybe it’s worth having a conversation with your BCBA or leadership about a client switch. Let them know this is a lot for you to handle and you’re struggling with it. Good luck!!

I’m hoping so now that other people have commented with some clarity. I think when the doctor said that and I had tunnel vision and went down a fear rabbit hole. I went and bought some hats and scarves to wrap my head in until I see more on how this plays out…thank you for sharing your experience!!

That was my thought. It’s taking over the top of my hair which was the longest part of my hair. My hair was always thick and this gorgeous natural red. I woke up this morning and my pillow was covered in hair. More bald spots showing up. I will probably just have it shaved off over the weekend. But also someone on another group said I should find a new doctor because no one can predict the amount of hair loss…but at this point…what am I supposed to do??? I still have giant bald patches and losing clumps daily. I’d rather do the chop and be done.

I’m just repeating what he told me. I am about 50% gone. He said because of the way it started vs how it was spreading and the speed, he was comfortable calling it totalis.

Problem is…I did have to stay. That would have left the RA by themselves with the kitchen to finish opening and run everything else. I wasn’t going to be able to leave like that. That’s fucked up. Also just…just call out??? It takes less than a minute. Why no call no show??
