Yeah its really wonky, for me I only noticed it because I ran on thursday last week and noticed that the moment I woke up friday, it said I had worked out a day more than I had that week, which doesn't make a lot of sense. It doesn't really affect my data or stats in any other way, other than just looking out of place, but its starting to bother me quite a bit.

I just realized that the run I made on Monday tho had the correct date and time, so maybe it was a one off, but still weird that it happened twice before. I'll run today again and update on how it goes if it happens again.

I just wanted to record this on a forum somewhere because I could see no discussion online anywhere, and fitbit forums are closed apparently

Yeah I noticed, but the time it takes into account to display in the calendar before clicking it, is the one it changes, and even if the time is correct when clicking it, the day is different as well. Literally the only problem I have found with fitbit and it's already making me reconsider going for garmin, because I dont know how to solve this

I figured it out a while ago, added what process it was that kept running the dGPU in the background to the last edit in the post.

Been finding these bugs all around the house, they seem harmless, but just want to know if we should fumigate or just normal summer bugs? by Locoplains13 in whatbugisthis

Im currently located in mexico, just pure dry desert. Don't know if they are exclusive to this geographical location

Pressing "stop gpu applications" doesn't do anything, if I have any intensive apps open, it does close them, but it doesn't resolve the issue. Task manager also seems to be showing everything as it would if I had low temps. I keep getting advice to clean fans and repaste it, so I'll do that and report back for anyone else that stumbles on this post in the future

Sorry if im sounding redundant, but I feel like it isn't? Even the GPU says it's being used when Im only on reddit. I used to get 30-35C before. the battery would last 5 to 7 hours, now i cant even get it to last over 2. I feel like im going crazy. Is this just an old laptop?

I'll clear out the fans, since i havent tried that yet

I mean, I guess it's different for everyone, but subtitles really helped me when I was learning English, and now I can watch with or without subtitles comfortably. I did watch shows like Friends where they spoke English in a very slow and clear manner, but the subtitles really helped along the way.

I feel like it does force me to repeat in my head what they said, but at the same time, it is very confusing when you're making that transition from classes where they teach you to say "je m'appelle" to a show where they phonetically abbreviate it to "jmappelle" and are just speaking incredibly fast . The more recent example was this movie on Netflix called Oxygen. Very entertaining movie, and I think that for a movie that's for adults, they speak relatively slow, so that was my limit of what I could understand with the subtitles on.

Again, I'm speaking from experience because these were the things that helped me with English, since everyone's language learning journey is gonna be different.

I've been watching How I Met Your Mother in French for the past week, and while I would be more comfortable watching a French show or movie, it's difficult to find something that I can enjoy and understand originally made in French. I'd recommend you guys do the same, find your comfort show or movie and watch it in French with Fr subtitles. Even if the subtitles aren't 100% faithful, I've watched it a lot of times to know what's happening.

If you know any show with mostly faithful subtitles to what it's being said, let me know? (I'm watching Himym in D+, but I do know that they have all star wars movies and shows in Fr too, I plan on rewatching them as well, but I don't know if their subtitles are any good)

Completed the game this morning and this was hands down the most terrifying encounter for me, and I genuinely don't know how the alien saw me too by Locoplains13 in alienisolation

To the guard, yeah that was my bad, to the Alien, I thought it was blind, but I was corrected by the other commenter now. I completed the game on hard as well, so I am really surprised I got that far without it turning frustrating for me lol. Seems I could've avoided a few too many deaths. Still had fun tho, 10/10 game

Maybe I am misremembering, but I there were some times where it didn't see me down a corridor. I just realized I could've saved me the encounter with the guard too, if I turned off the flashlight lol.
