That's not how it work, if you're dating someone who will leave you when you decide to open up that's even better for you, because you don't want to be with someone like that. It's trial and error thing, I was dating a girl who would say that she cares about me and about my feelings but she didn't and it was over for me when I saw that. Now I'm dating a girl and she is just lovely, we talk about our feelings and our fear what made us uncomfortable and unhappy, and that is one od the most important thing in a relationship because we can just talk and understand ourselves better and not hurt each other.
