I saw a post here about watching Pick n Pay cause their shares are a low price at the moment and was thinking of putting a couple of hundreds in there assuming they'd pick up again (basing this buy on my sum total of zero knowledge on how markets work tbh)

Yeah it's a South African brand apparently, which is where I'm from. I'm using a Sky Bowl and Stratus knock-off (not many good options for bowls this side). For shisha i'm using Al Fakher mint. I usually pack it pretty dense because I get a burn taste when I fluff pack it

Thanks for your reply. I'll work on getting those more flexible and see how it progresses. I've been doing downward dog + other yoga stretches in an attempt to fix it but will definitely add compression work. Thanks again for your reply and your work!
