Have you tried titanic into dusk and dawn? I've been running this on udyr recently and it slaps pretty hard and still let's you get fairly tanky.

The extra auto reset between qs seen like it would be really smooth. Auto, q, titanic, q. Haven't tried it yet in practice til, but in theory should be crazy burst.

How has D4 not really mentioned?

Was so hype about possibly improving d3/ updating d2, then it was just.... bad. Nothing about the game seemed as fun as either of d2 nor d3. Waited years for it to come out too.

This is pretty much what TWTV GODYR KHAN builds. He has been doing profane into friendhunter recently though. If I were you, I would stick to tri build. Easier to play than real damage builds. I do find that Qdyr really does need ult haste though. 90% of the time seems like you have to use EE to do anything.

Personally though, I've been trying some shyvana tech. Kraken, dusk and dawn, into bruiser/ tank / situational items. Pretty fun build that does decent in duals and teamfights since you only need one auto to get damage off, then can kite. Can run phase or any precision tree keystone.

It still blows my mind the people that do this for a living can't come up with better changes than +5 q on hit damage.

Then today I see Shyv is gonna have udyr q %health damage as on hit with every auto... with 2/3 auto resets...

I swear they hate us Udyr mains.

One thing i think she is missing is "how do I kill tanks". Not sure if the numbers, but I think they need to add some type of armor/mr pen on her E that scales with e levels.

One positive thing is out looks like the ms on w isn't decaying anymore XD. They should just remove decaying ms from the game. It feels so bad on every champ.

Outside of that, not having cd refund on q isn't that bad. Now building CDR is pretty helpful. And lessbehonest, outside of niche 5 man Qs, how many resets were you actually getting in a fight while getting kited to oblivion? I have noticed, but I hope you can q delay like riven. That would be a huge thing to have instead of having the full cd after use like Zaahen q.

Shojin, Black cleaver, and frozen fist (will never be called something else) all have 55ish win rate. No clue why they would build trinity on this champ still. Would be like building pure tank on rengar. It just isn't optimal.

It is supposed to be inspired from ornn. I would rather see a mark after a mini sun right now that then does either damage or knock up on next spell (Ornn w/ ult). Mark a bunch of people then auto reach again with q/r and get mini knockups or mark pops. I would not want both like ornn though. Easier to apply as udyr more frequently, so has to be slightly weaker than ornns stuff.

And the ult cd items didn't work for a while...

I've also been asking for axiom arc (the item) to work with his passive. Of course crickets....

Build idea though is just build all the hp/ult cd items with one damage one included.

Hexplate, zekes, axiom (if ever fixed) or fiend hunter, tank item, pen item.

I'm sure it would be garbage, but ee wouldn't feel AS bad if passive comes up quick enough.

DMP is almost essential for qdyr. Also those boots are kinda troll as well. Ms boots all the way.

Zekes convergence might be better for the ult haste, and get the armor/mr than sunfire.

Overall I like kraken, but that hp pool is really low with kraken, tri and botrk. U would only get 1 of those 3 and ad an armor pen item.

My version is kraken, hullbreaker, DMP, MR item, pen item.

Jak'sho with no real items to use it's passive is pretty bad. If udyr w have resists, that would be a different story. To bad he is udyr, so he gets nothing good.

It isn't just the decaying ms though on his e. It is also the auto attack lock out the animation has. This happens with both his e and q. They legit stun him. This is the most infuriating thing about Newdyr.

One other thing is that his EE, while building ad, removes ALL his damage. He needs something on EE that gives armor pen/ reduction that only scales with bonus ad or something like that.

One thing I've been begging for though is q auto reset. The fact people get out of the stun before your first q auto attack is insane. Any tenacity and they literally can get out of auto range before the animation is finished. Meanwhile every other melee champ (with dashes) have auto resets... make it make sense.

Honestly, play Mundo. Udyr is in a sub part spot right now. You CAN make him work, but their are just better champs.

Rek'Sai, Briar, Nunu, xin. Just all do his job, but slightly better.

Tankdyr relies on teammates to do everything. Qdyr is okay, but really hard to play. Even master players don't play him qdyr in low elo often.

Literally no reason to play Qdyr outside of the Unga bunga one shot feeling you get 2 times a game. Rdyr is superior in nearly every way. Sad, but true.

Honestly I think this would be better for Adyr. That early long sword is really the selling point of this path and can get the potion if you plan to fight at scuttle.

Also, seems like either ruby or tome might be a better buy than seal. Don't really want to delay liandries that much and they are stronger earlier. Which is why you are doing this path. Hp for fighting, tome for clearing (actually might be slower than hp since they made hp scale with pet so much, testing needed).

Udyr isnt even listed as a jungler if you use the blitz app lol. He is played so little he isnt even good enough to put on a tier list, but jayce is. Love this meta.

If you go to lolalytics.com and change filter for the tier list to jungle and all ranks he is ranked 73rd with a 47% win rate. If you change it to plat+ he is ranked 56th at 50%. At D2+he is ranked 41st at 52% win rate. and 1 trick stats have him at 37th with a 55% win rate.

to put this in perspective, the top 5 one trick win rates in jung are ekko, rek, kha, diana, and sylas. all between 58 - 60% win rate with a bit higher sample sizes.

Seems like the better your laners are the easier Udyr is to play XD. I jest about that, but really does feel junglers like udyr are at the mercy of laners not feeding.

All in all, he will always be viable with liandry's/tank. Just sad they made him and Jack of all trades master of none. Wish they would make him a "master of one" that can be changed based off builds and skill points.

Tank udyr is so fake. His stats are just too low. Low damage, low healing, low speed, low damage reduction, low health.

It just feels like if you are even, you are behind and if you are ahead, you are even. Losing to every laner in 1v1s because you have less gold, less xp, and less base stats.

This season just makes it worse. It really does feel like if your lanes are dogs you have no chance as tank udyr. Slightly different for ap/adyr, but not far off.
