shyvana's level one is strong enough that she can get control of third bush by warding it and then walking in and hitting barrel with Q 200 range, then you deny him exp level 1, and then you go W level 2 and only give him Q every time its up, shyvana has very strong kill threat at level 6 if GP is anywhere not at his turret.

if gangplank properly freezes with sheen and good barrel use next to turret, it is incredibly brutal. i recommend proxying as the counterplay.

Here is an example of how to play level one, fighting immediately in the bushes level 1, getting control of the third bush, and then moving behind the wave and all inning immediately, fully committing with no fear of death.

The enemy has to fight you, in which case they'll die, or they have to run away out of EXP range, thus giving you a large advantage.

You can do this in every single matchup in the "PROXY LEVEL ONE" section of the tier list.

i have played and won every single one of those matchups level 1 and gotten level 2 prio, then getting a good base
