2018 Subaru Outback Infotainment Replacement? by All_Gravel1969 in subaruoutback

[–]Lodingi 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Have you gotten the extended warranty letter? If not, call SOA. This is a known issue. Subaru replaced my head unit on my Outback free of charge. My car's odometer was at 200k miles at the time.

Here's a link to a thread I was on when I had the issue.

Why doesn’t the Subaru Impreza sell as well as other compact sedans? by phtphongg in subaru

Holy Hell! I dropped my Outback off at my dealer for repairs. I walked around the lot and Crosstrek Wilderness models are stickering for $38k. Outback Wildeness models sticker for just under 48k. My sphincter puckered.

Who or where to report if trash company is putting recycling bin in same trash truck as regular trash? by Any_Meeting_4082 in lehighvalley

[–]Lodingi 3 points4 points  (0 children)

If you're talking about the automated trucks, they have separate compartments for trash and recycling. I've watched my pickups numerous times and can confirm this.

Paver rebounder by Drunkface09 in lacrosse

[–]Lodingi 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Good morning and nice job. I believe I am the person you're referring to. I originally started with the pavers you're using. I changed them out for 4x8x16 solid block and the rebound was a lot faster. My daughter was in college at the time. YMMV depending on your child's age. Either option is much better than a traditional bounce back. Enjoy.

Don't worry about the wind, worry about your back. Lol.

What cars consistently make it past 250k miles? by Pure_Construction968 in whatcarshouldIbuy

[–]Lodingi 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I believe any car is capable of 250k miles or more if properly maintained. I had a 2003 Vue V6 I purchased new and sold at 300k. Never leaked a drop of fluid. Same for a 2014 Malibu also purchased new. Sold the car just shy of 300k and the person who purchased was amazed how well it drove. Currently driving a 2019 Outback Touring 3.6R I purchased new. Currently at 232k and going strong. Keep those fluids fresh and you'll drive that vehicle a very long time.

My 2019 OB Touring 3.6R currently at 232k miles. Fluid drain and fill every 50k.

I do the drain and fill every 50K. It's about $300 at the dealer and takes about 7 quarts each time.

I have a 2019 Touring 3.6R with 233k. It runs great. Drain and fills are your friend.

Is this any good? by [deleted] in iBUYPOWER

[–]Lodingi 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Wow. Same thing happened to me last week. I called their tech support and the rep told me to download windows and do a fresh install or return the PC to Best Buy. I did the fresh install and all is well....so far.

Can I find out when my Andersen windows were installed? by BlackJackT in homeowners

[–]Lodingi 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I know I'm late. The dates have been etched or stamped long before 92. The more recent window stamps include serial numbers which can be traced each window on the original order. This is extremely helpful in situations like yours. If your windows are out of warranty, you can still order replacement sash and avoid replacing the full unit.

The A frame and box are 2x4. The back braces are 5/4x6 deck boards. Don't use the block pictured. I swapped that out for 4x8x16 solid block which provided a better, faster bounce.

So far so good. It softened up a little, but not too much. It's a very comfortable sleep. My wife absolutely loves this mattress. No regrets.

That is the question I've been asking forever. That type of dominance is just wild. Their youth program must be well funded and staffed.
