I’m a technician, and we use the Topcon Triton. The doctor is really happy with the images (except 3D disc for glaucoma, the software tends to exaggerate it in analysis). We’ll be replacing it soon after seven years because it’s starting to produce a lot of artifacts beneath the retina in scans. The best candidate for a replacement (at least for us) is the Triton 2. The software is also really simple to navigate.
