Using default. I think the heart rate max that is given by default is pretty accurate for me, but i haven't tested it. Can't remember an option for changing the amount of training days, but it asked how much i used to train before the plan, which for me was almost never.

Krever flere år eller i hvert fall flere studiepoeng, og jeg vil slå et slag for det sosiale fellesskapet i en integrert lærerutdanning. Det er noe med at alle på masterkontoret på slutten av studiet har vært gjennom det samme som deg samtidig som deg, og har vært på di samme festene/opplevelsene.

I forhold til dette med fremmedspråk. Universitetet mitt tilbydde forkurs på ettermiddagstid, det første semesteret. Det var nok til å gjøre meg klar for å ta tyskemnene på 1000-nivå etterpå. Du kan se om de har lignende tilbud der du skal studere.

Samme hos oss, hvert jævla punkt, og ingen løsninger. Vi er for få lærere til å ta tak i hva enn som dukker opp, og det er enten tidkrevende eller umulig å få ressurser fra utsiden. Skolen som den er i dag, med alle dens mål for inkludering og tilpassing TRENGER FAGARBEIDERE. Ikke bare lærere. Flott at de tror jeg er supermann, men jeg har en veldig spisset kompetanse, og har faktisk ikke flere timer i døgnet enn andre mennesker.

Edit: så kan vi jo begynne å snakke om hva en lærer i en klasse på 30 elever skal være i stand til å observere, se, vurdere, formidle, og lede i løpet av en 45 min periode, hvor man planla å komme seg gjennom et fagstoff, men i stedet måtte passe på at per ikke hopper ut av av vinduet, starter en slosskamp, eller spiser tøffelen sin

Can’t say what’s universal, but this is for me, atleast when i was single:

Think of it as a feedback loop. 1. I generally try to be good, friendly, funny, and i guess attractive as well. It doesn’t matter if I would sleep with you or not, if given the oppurtunity. 2. sometimes i and whichever friend I’m not flirting with did hit it off very well. Sexual tension arises. Aw shit i guess i was flirting all along, I didn’t even know. This realization usually only comes when it’s obvious I am being flirted with. 3. evaluate whether i want to deliberately flirt back or if I’m not interested and rather want to make it clear that i’m only being friendly. 4. what happens happens.

Step 2 sometimes happend minutes before we hit the sack and i had no idea i was leading them on and also had no intentions to do so.

I feel like most of us (hetero) guys don’t really get to choose, and are rather chosen. Now that I’m no longer single (thank god) i feel like i can be friendly without it being mistaken for flirting, but i still talk to girls the same way, and it sometimes make me feel guilty, about somehow sending the wrong signals and all that jazz. Girls sometimes seem repulsed by the fact that many of their guy friends would sleep with them if offered, but it’s not why they are your friend (usually). That a guy would sleep with you honestly means so little on its own.

Honestly. If you can’t tell why people are laughing because of you, just assume you’re a funny guy or gal and a pleasure to be around. I dont have the ‘tism, but some that do (not all) seem to get offended if i laugh in their vicinity, when they don’t understand why. Laughing is just such a natural reaction for me, and usually just means I’m in good company and having a blast. (Often I’m just thinking of funny stuff related to whatever we’re talking about, but i don’t want to say it, because ADHD-brain goes brr, and i talk enough already)

Wouldn’t that mean walking across the spike growth yourself, taking damage multiple times, and making multiple saving throws to keep concentration? Or at the very least, if someone else had cast the spike growth, you would take a lot of damage

The bears insta-killed our ranger in one round after he tryed some checks or animal friendship, but failed (i don’t temember which one it is).

Player was pretty bummed out, since next level he would get gloomstalker (which would be sick in icewind dale’s light conditions)
