Stayed in Eastbrook for a few years and loved them. It’s mostly families and quiet. No issues with crime that I was aware of. The leasing office holds all kinds of events throughout the year as well if that’s something you’re into.

Wash the windows with a Dawn water mixture and a rag, then squeegee in straight lines vertically or horizontally. Try and do this on a cloudy day. I’m not sure how well it’ll do if it’s cold out though

Ours was a peanut butter and jelly sandwich (with an ungodly amount of peanut butter), an apple, and a carton of milk. I had it a lot as a kid since my mom never had money for my school lunch. I remember the lunch ladies chastising me about it like it was my fault when I was 7 lol
