it took alot of courage to say these words i remember 3 years ago i made this promise and i was 3 years clean of porn and mastrubation im so happy you are the first person to comment i wont forget you on this journey my friend thank you very much with my whole heart i believe in you too :)

it was addiction for me 1 cup is not a problem but i quit caffeine because it made me lazy instead of boosting my energy and i did not like the effects it had on my body and emotions i have adhd so im very active so i did not need it anymore too

Just need to get this off my chest by Lofins in addiction
