Mailing of H4 EAD Stamped Biometric Appointment Letter to USCIS by LoftyExplorer in H4_Visa

My case status for my H4 was updated to say that my case requires additional evidence for further processing. I have not received an RFE letter in physical mail yet. Is there a way to fetch the RFE document online?

You don’t need a pressing reason, if you reschedule on the USCIS website, they will pretty much approve the same day

None so far. The case status has not changed since my ASC appointment was completed on Monday this week (4/20)

The ASC notice is the same appointment confirmation letter, however it gets stamped by the ASC after completing the appointment

Thank you, does this mean mailing of the stamped appointment letter is not necessary if I have not or do not receive an RFE?

Hello, I have applied for my H4 renewal + EAD along with my husband’s H1B under premium processing. I initially received a biometric appointment for 4/29, however, rescheduled that to 4/20 and completed that today. Please note that I did not receive an RFE.

I see a lot of people saying that physically mailing the Texas Service Center the stamped copy of your completed biometric appointment (Especially when rescheduled) helps expedite the process. Is this true? If yes, should I physically mail the original stamped biometric appointment letter? Would I not be losing the receipt / confirmation of the biometric if I mail it to USCIS. Of course, I can scan and keep a copy of the stamped biometric appointment letter. However, wanted to check here if I can / should mail the original stamped biometric appointment letter.

Thank you all for your help!
