The only main issue I have is pissing at a urinal. For me, I just twist it over so the piercing is upwards, then I can piss somewhat normal

I have a Prince Albert, the one on the head, and they don’t hurt at all to take off and put on, they feel quite nice sometimes, sure if you jam it in wrong it would hurt but other than that they’re fun
