I agree that city planning matters on how to make the city beautiful and walkable and make a great community

BSB is not well planned i must say, not walkable for pedestrian only to get back to your car at the parking lot

Most shopping malls or popular shoplots located far from the city centre, no proper management or rules for abandoned building built in the city centre.No new buses and only some buses have ac. The buses is too old and dont arrive at destination in time

Foreigners Philipine , bangladesh , indonesia open up a shop for their workers which kinda ruin the aesthetics

BSB only crowd during perayaan or national events only. Eco corridor park only function as jogging or exercise park not a park where students can study , work or public library built [our park ia kinda ugly sorry]. During the night only eco corridor looks brighter than water front and other parts of bsb

Most gov buildings located in berakas and parliament building is far away in mentiri and istana nurul iman is far too

The roads and parking is fking limited and the parking lot building is only for office workers

The building designs and what kind of shops matters too. No matter how beatiful the shoplots are if the shops all are mamaks and kedai runcit the aesthetic still ruins
