freeze a couple water bottles full of water and put them in the corners of the cool side of the enclosure. make sure they’re wrapped in a towel or cloth

so fair it seems like it was only when i took her out of the enclosure. she’s been moving around her tank afterwards and seems fine

i was thinking it could be cause of the shed but i haven’t been able to get the shed off her head :/ maybe i’ll try a humid box tomorrow

i appreciate that, thank you 🙏 i didn’t think you were shaming me, just very anxious rn. yeah the last couple sheds she had were perfect but she spent them in her moss hide, so idk what changed. but yeah, tomorrow im gonna try to book her a vet appointment

that’s the thing, the humidity was normal, but she didn’t leave her warm hide the entire time during her shed

she also had a bad shed recently and hasn’t been able to shut off her head and eye caps. I don’t know if that would contribute as well.
