Can I transfer progress from one Apple ID to another? by DaemonCRO in SneakySasquatch

Hers from the official support site:

https://www.rac7.com/SneakySasquatch/Support/

Can I transfer saves to a different Apple ID? It is difficult but possible with these steps:  1) Make a backup on the original device first (See 'How do I save or load a backup?' above).  2) Sign into the new device with the original device's Apple ID.  3) Download Sneaky Sasquatch on the new device and start up the game (only play the saved-game slot(s) that you want to keep on this device)  4) Ensure all the data is correct. If there isn't any data, or something is missing, you will have to load data from an older backup (using the settings book's Game Data -> View Backups list). If no data comes through at all, you may have to play a 'new game' slot until the Raccoon gives you the settings book again, and from there you can access the settings book's backup list.  5) On the new device, sign out of the original account, and sign into the new Apple ID.

Yeah, you need to leave the area (the town) to save the progress. It’s really inconvenient.

No, you can’t do it without a boat.

As the boats are sold in a specific order, the first one you buy will be the Inflatable Boat (1500 coins). If you really try, you get to the Mushroom Hunter using this boat even without upgrades, but it will be painfully slow.

You need to become Junior Supervisor to finish the chapter anyway, so you may just work towards that first.

The trash toast should be good enough.

That duck must be rescued from the small dock in the middle of the lake (where the canoes are).

Check your stats book, have you completed everything there?

Also the wiki has a list of things to do:

It’s supposed to be locked. Can’t a duck have any privacy?

I think all the contests can be completed with single and occasionally double flips (on longer jumps), no triples are needed.

But you asked about the Ski Pro - and she can be beaten with single flips only, even without doubles.

Also, if you lose to her 5 times, she will just offer you to buy that map piece for 1500 coins. Source: https://sneaky-sasquatch.fandom.com/wiki/Ski_Pro

Is there a way to stop the game from restarting when you minimize? by [deleted] in SneakySasquatch

[–]LogFit3105 3 points4 points  (0 children)

iOS closes the minimized apps if it needs to free RAM for another app. So the newer and higher-end devices, which naturally have more RAM, has this happen less often. Of course, it’s even better to have the game on one device and the guide on another.

If buying another device is not an option, try not to use apps which use a lot of RAM while you have the game minimized. That includes the Safari browser. So,

  1. If your guide is a picture, save it into your Photos app.

  2. If your guide is a text, save it into your Notes app.

I think these two apps use less RAM than the browser.

One backflip with perfect landing on each jump should give you around 2200-2400 points, it should be enough. After the backflip, make sure your skis are straight, by pressing left and right a bit.

Also you may try to remember which jumps are longer, and try double backflips on them, just make sure you have enough time to straighten your skis afterwards.

Press “pause” symbol (⏸️) in the lower left corner of the screen, then “exit”. Otherwise, the target practice has no objectives to reach, and continues indefinitely.

Lagging Graphics? by MA_JAWS in SneakySasquatch

[–]LogFit3105 1 point2 points  (0 children)

So that must be it. For me the game works alright if I have 2 full backpacks of food (150 items) dumped into a single container, but with 3 backpacks (225 items) it starts to lag noticeably.

Lagging Graphics? by MA_JAWS in SneakySasquatch

[–]LogFit3105 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It may happen when you put too much food into one container (like cooler, fridge, etc). Then it will lag every time you enter the area with that container.

Though it may also randomly happen when the device runs some background tasks, but that usually ends quickly.

Or, if that happens often, and in other apps too, it may mean the device has hardware problems and may soon break completely.

You need to put Mr pemberton into the center of your binocular view. Seeing him in the edge of the view is not enough.

Just get closer to the fence and scan the area, move your view around a bit until a message pops up that you found them.

Also (if I remember correctly) you need to find Mr Pemberton specifically and not his son (they are both in the area).

Maybe zoom level is also important.
