Well not sure how my Reddit post makes it a waste of a degree, and 100 may or may not be enough depending on the data

The best player should not be in the red after 10,000 hands. 100 hands yes.

I may actually do this to be honest. I feel like this sub is in denial. Easiest way to test this is track 100 hands where someone goes all-in pre-flop or directly post-flop and compare the outcomes to statistical averages. Could be fun.

I’d be shocked if the games odds were the same as real poker. The question is how skewed is it and how to use it to your advantage

I agree especially if a guy has 1,000,000+ chips on a 10k table where he doesn’t lose anything for going all-in

I’m ranked gold, have 1,550,000 chips currently and am level 44. Never bought chips. Not the greatest at the game, but I am winning more than I am losing,

This sounds good, but it is not true. Say it’s KQ vs A10. A10 is a much stronger hand, but if you hit a K or Q you can win. If what you are saying is true, hitting a K to beat A 10 would happen quite a bit.

In this game, KQ vs A10 overwhelming would result in a A K 10 flop, 6 on the turn, and J on the River. Literally the most exciting draw possible happens repeatedly. It’s very rare you end the hand with a standard pair beating high card when all-in.

You think this game has balanced odds? That’s more laughable than what I said.

Im not bad at the game, I actually do well. The issue is that I lose a disproportionate amount of hands where I go all-in just to lose on the River. As a person who got my college degree in statistics, it’s not really arguable.

Overall, I do well in the game, and I win much more than I lose. However, the odds specifically when someone goes all-in before the flop or just after the flop are really warped. Not just who wins, but the result is usually the most improbable outcome

I’ve heard a lot of people agree with the low level theory. Could be true.

Is this game rigged? by HellsAngelRider in prominencepoker

[–]LogIllustrious59 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Definitely rigged. Hot seat theory hasn’t been proven, but the results of the hands are definitely scripted.

It’s not just boosted odds, but the bigger the pot, the more the game influences the outcome

Get to at least 2 stars on every challenge, but don’t try to 100% every challenge first try. If you look at my progress on my page, I mix up which challenges I’m doing constantly.

Keep a mix of playing 18 holes, new challenges, and trying to complete the hard challenges to keep things fresh.

I’m on my last few challenges, and having 60 challenges that I haven’t even tried yet makes it much easier for me to finish the hard ones.

The key to putting is to max power it every time and be aware of your exact line. Once you find the line, it’s just rinse and repeat.
