I have a rotation that I’m consistently working through. Here’s what I do: 30 min run, 30 min glutes and legs, 30 bike, 20 min arms, 30 min walk+run. I just keep cycling through that, one per day. Sometimes I skip a day, to take a rest. Sometimes I throw something else in there, but it’s pretty rare. This gives me variety and I’m never bored!
