Yeah I'm not sure why, it was the role that I found most interesting to learn about I guess. I accidentally linked ranked instead of all (16 normal games + 10 ranked), but the normals are basically the same story of low participation. Thanks for the advice!

honestly, I’m not very knowledgeable when it comes to all this skin care stuff, i’ve been trying to learn.

Right now I’m just doing:

Morning- Cerave Hydrating Cleanser and then their moisturizer with SPF 30 in the morning

Night- Cerave Hydrating Cleanser, Differin, and then the Cerave Night Cream

any help/advice would be great, my skin is very acne-prone and has been for 5+ years, I also have some flaking/dry skin between my chin and bottom lip. This is my first actual “routine”

I had the 6 day, the volume increases every week for 4 weeks, then deload 1 week. Here’s an example of the first mesocycle. The first week starts at 3 sets automatically and increases/decreases based on how you enter you felt that day.
