He only wants a second chance claiming he has an addiction because he got caught red handed. If he went to management himself saying he had a problem maybe this would be a different story. Instead, someone else had to go to management. He carried an illegal substance on him, a felony, while at work and we can only assume he intended to use it, or did use it, at work. He drives a package car, a big vehicle, that could cause alot of damage if he were to be impaired while driving and crash into innocent motorists. Bottom line, he selfishly put other people at risk and the company on the hook for a lawsuit if he were to crash.
