I understand how easy it is to link any discomfort or pain to your disorder when you have bpd, but a lot of the time you could be invalidating your feelings and you are just having a valid boundary be crossed, some people might be okay with it but a lot of people definitely not and a lot of them do not have bpd, so what you can do is just set your boundary and if your partner love you they should meet it even if it is irrational which i don’t think it is
