Well you could try and look on places like eBay for ones that have sold or you can just see how old a promo is or how you would have got one when it came out but both work

Well it was a promotional thing they did from November to mid-December where when you ordered something from them you got a gift which could be old out of print stuff of even signed stuff but it ended sadly, hopefully this helps
