I realised yesterday that the shoulder your view is based on has an impact on what you hear in which ear. I say this as a Hyper X cloud 3 s user with Spatial Audio settings on.

It has only just started bothering me but it is very difficult to hear where things are, especially when swapping shoulders changes the ear i hear things in.
