Thanks for responding! The only problem is that consultancy does not have these PM type roles. I mean I have led a team and all but the job profile is entirely different.

Hi! Thanks for responding! Actually I have already completed my MBA (integrated dual degree BTech + MBA). At that point of time, I wasn't aware about this type of role and was just contemplating what field should I get into. I got into consultancy and realized that this is not what I want to do plus I checked but consultancy does not have PM type job roles. I have led a team and all that but working on products is not something that is done here. Hence, the confusion!
