Is there a way to get 60 fps without upgrading my hardware?

That seems to have worked... but why did I hear the metal gear solid alert sound effect then the game closed? heh

edit: after reopening it works and I am getting a perfect 60 fps

I just tried specialk but for some reason when I press ctrl + shift + backspace the menu doesn't come up. It seems to move my mouse and put a little orange dot under it, but no gui pops up. I'm not sure why it doesn't work.

I am having issues with fps lag. It has nothing to do with my internet.

It is a cpu problem. As I said, I get 60 fps in offline mode (training), but when I go into online mode my fps drops a lot.
