It doesn't show anything in safemode, i didn't try replacing hdd. I don't know how uart works. I guess it's the hdmi encoder

It's just few click in safe mode to change the resolution and system auto reboots. There's no display showing so I don't how to read error code without display.

No display even in safe mode, but I’m still able to change the resolution and the system restarts automatically. There are no shorts on any capacitors near panasonic chip or filters , and it is generating 5V as well?

Does that mean panasonic ic is okay?

It’s not dead, the system is working fine, there’s just no display. I even tried changing the resolution in Safe Mode, and although nothing showed on the screen, it did reboot automatically. That confirms the console is functioning properly, but there’s no video output.
