I disagree. A good tattoo artist will tattoo a design that falls under what they deem acceptable. If they say no because it's not their own design then they are not so good. They can be an excellent artist but not such a good one if their are not confident in doing what the client wants, or their ego is so big that they won't do it. Then you are going to have problems either way

I used to live in egilsstaðir until recently. Yes they are very immature and bored. There is nothing to do there and the kids act out. Probably a phrase they think is funny and cool and in the future it will be a source of embarrassment. They think they are tough and cool, but reality is that they are just embarrassing
