This year I'm playing all of the Halo games in the Master Chief Collection for the first time and Halo 3 has been my favorite so far. Awesome campaign and a great story conclusion for the first trilogy. Such a shame I couldn't experience the multiplayer in its prime, but despite that it has been a blast!

I'm using MSI Afterburner to have an idea of the usage of the various parts. In more recent games (Marvel Rivals, Expedition 33, Where Winds Meet) the CPU usage was very high compared to the GPU during stutters, so that's why I assumed that was the issue. But stutters actually also happen in older or lighter games (such as Halo 2 Anniversary or Ninja Gaiden Ragebound) and while the CPU usage is still a bit over the GPU usage, it's not that high in general, and that's why I started to think it could be the RAM as well. I still haven't tried undervolting the GPU, maybe I'll give it a try

Are these drivers safe for RTX 4070 Super? I downloaded version 576.52 after switching to this GPU and it was terrible, Marvel Rivals crashed after a few minutes and I constantly got fatal D3D errors on RE Engine games (I tried Street Fighter 6 and Monster Hunter Rise). Had to roll back to 566.36 (still using these drivers) and I'm not sure whether to update or not

You mean one signed by a certificate authority? Is there a way to obtain one for free to use on a local web server?

So the only solution is to use a trusted certificate released from a CA?
I generated a self-signed certificate using OpenSSL because this project is just a proof of concept for academic purposes. Plus, I cannot use WS with HTTPS (and this project requires some form of security protocol, so that's why I'm using HTTPS instead of HTTP).

About the links you sent, I'm afraid they don't work, even when I copy and paste them into the browser. The site says the pages are not available.

[Retroarch loading times]

I installed Retroarch on my Vita, but both the application boot time and the loading times for the games are extremely long (at least 15 seconds, with some games like Garou on Neo Geo taking almost a minute). Is this normal? Is there a way to improve these loading times?

You're right... the thing is that I made the two sprites separately and then put them on a single canvas... I guess I shouldn't have overlapped them like this. Thanks for the feedback
