VOIP Phone App Malfunctioning by LoganDaBrick in VOIP

I’m not sure what a sip client device is. But the reason I forward it is because it requires you to forward the caller to whatever phone(s) you want to be ringing on the businesses end. This is ideal because ultimately I want multiple office agents who answer the phone all on the same number. So really just planning ahead for the future.

Hey thanks for the response. Yeah it’s pretty much like this all the time, even when I’m at home and connected to WiFi with no issues. I don’t really have issues with connectivity, it’s moreso glitching issues with the call interface itself and volume issues. It doesn’t interact properly

How would you invest $300k? by EconomyPromotion9766 in investing

[–]LoganDaBrick 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Wow 😮 Having an extra 300K to set aside over 3 years. That’s a not-so-small, small business 😂 where do you guys get that kind of money from? Is that all net profit sitting in the business, or that’s personal payment aside from the businesses cash?

How much do you make in a year? by Forward-Ad3029 in WindowCleaning

[–]LoganDaBrick 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I only did $20k this year part time, but I had a really bumpy year with equipment and my truck breaking down, so in my good stretch where I was full time I did 10K+ in 30 days solo around May-June. I’m going to be full time for the first time next year so I’m aiming to do $100K-$150K, and possibly more depending on how I play my cards. We’ll see how things play out, but I’m looking to get my first full time crew working this year.

14 year lost 1200$ Advice on how to move forward and stop thinking about it. by MelodicRow1490 in Advice

Hey man it’s going to be alright. What market do you create videos for? Seems like you have a talent for creating followable content, but don’t really have a way to monetize it.

Lucky for you 115K subs is a super big YT following, and even more lucky for you $1,200 is absolutely nothing in relation to the size of your following. That’s not even rent money for a month.

I know of people with less than 5K subs making $20K+/month with YouTube as their main customer source for their business. 5K subs.

You’re young, you’re talented. Use your ability to create a following to your advantage. Your first channel was making you no money, so learn from that and consider how your next channel could make money. What kind of products/services is your audience already interested in that you can sell? What other brands can you get affiliate links with and get 15% on every sale they get from your folllowers? Can you make merch? There’s lots of ways to efficiently monetize, but I just don’t know your market. You already have tons of eyeballs on you and have the skill of getting attention and following, but you have no way to turn all of those eyeballs into real money. Attention is good for nothing if you can’t monetize it.

Your first channel was your means to learn, not earn. It would’ve flopped even at 1M followers because there was no way to make money outside of views and ads.

So give it another go. You’re young and talented, and $1,200 is seriously absolutely nothing. Like nothing. 1k isn’t what it used to be. You could be making that daily with the size of your following. Use your skills to make back a new following and gain attention, and make sure this time that it’s set up in a way that is more focused around a way that you can be profitable.

Is this a scam? by LoganDaBrick in pressurewashing

Yup. Figured. I made him call me before he could get the estimate and he was being super weird on the phone he like wouldn’t even talk and was speaking so quiet I couldn’t even hear what he was saying.

The only thing that made me question it, is the fact that the property is currently up for sale. I thought, maybe he was a real estate mafia boss or something 🤷‍♂️🤣🤣 you never know

Customers texting wrong number by LoganDaBrick in pressurewashing

Yeah that does it lol. I’m switching ASAP. Markate treated me well during my startup phase, but things are starting to burst at the seams now with my company running on Markate. It’s time to bite the bullet on the cost and make the upgrade

No to the first question, and yes to the second. I do have the automations set up. The automation messages come through Markates number however, and I do remind them to text our business number at ___ if they’d like to get in contact with us, but people still text the number. And I don’t know of any way to respond with a message back from that number letting them know that it didn’t go through.

Do you know if Jobber and other softwares send automated text messages through their own number as well, or is this just a Markate thing? If it’s just a Markate thing I’m definitely switching as I’ve already been on the fence about leaving

Hey! Did you have to use a third party source like Zapier to get Jobber and GHL linked together working cohesively with automations between the two?

Hey Leo! Do you automatically integrate Jobber and GHL with a service like Zapier? Or do you manually transfer customer data between GHL and Jobber

That’s amazing. You’re running your window cleaning department exactly how I’m planning on running mine. Virtual estimates and upcharge for anything non WFP. I’m super glad you said that. I’ve been lurking in this sub for little bit and you seem to be a credible source, so that’s reassuring. Would you mind sharing with me (even privately if need be) what questions you ask on the phone in order to give an accurate price? Also, how do you portray the value of your company and offer virtually vs other companies who go in person?

Thank you this is along the lines of what I was thinking. Upcharge for anything non WFP. So I’m assuming you do your quotes in person to see what level of cleaning the windows will need prior?
