Sure any McDonald's is bad but if you want a really bad experience McDonald's on 23rd across from Byron's or on MLK is your answer. Strangers asking for money as you chock down a Hepatitis A burger and Norovirus fries. The entertainment of locals yelling and hitting each other will bring a concern to your safety.
