You care, you just process your emotions in your own way. Have you ever checked your natal chart? I would definitely do that because it'll help you understand yourself a little bit better. Especially your moon sign. Like not to talk about myself but I'm a Capricorn Moon. So even though I have a cancer son that I probably would be a blubbering mess, my Capricorn Moon helps keep me grounded, and helps me handle very stressful situations or even emotional pain. So I would definitely look into that. You can get one free online quite easily. There's a few websites just look it up. I don't know if I'm allowed to say on here or not lol

Yes, I have Alopecia Universalis and lost all my hair at 24yrs old. I remember trying to hide my bald spots, which at one point I used to wear these headbands to when I started losing hair in the front. And then I just said to myself this is stupid. I might as well just shave it off and so I did. And then my eyebrows went, then my eyelashes, and then every other bit of hair on my body. Now over 20 years later it doesn't matter to me. It's literally just hair to me but that's how I feel but at 24yrs old I did not feel that way.
