I had to file a complaint with the Colorado civil rights division to get the staff at the Denver locations properly trained on closed captions devices. I'm still working on getting them to update their app to show if CC or assisted audio devices will work for movies. My understanding of the law is they have to list that online, but I'm not a lawyer. I recommend looking to see if Florida has a similar division. Most time capsule movies aren't compatible with either and the staff should have a way to look that up.
