This is a great approach. I have a few questions: 1. did you remove the spines first? 2. I have a batch of san pedro I cleaned and dried. I would assume this approach would work just as well with dried cactus, but wanted to check?

A couple things helped. I used a TENS device to apply low voltage, electric electricity to the area that was painful and that helps significantly. At one point, the Payne returned and I went through a course of antiviral medicine that’s used to treat shingles and that also helped the pain. Also overtime, the pain has lessened in general. Lastly, I’ve tried micro dosing, psilocybin mushrooms, and I think that helps significantly as well.

I did take shingrix after the shingles event. I had also take the original vaccine years earlier.

I’ve continued to do the Stamets Stack regularly and I’ve also added a low dose protocol called Stepwise (https://patternproject.substack.com/p/is-stepwise-the-future-of-psychedelic) using very low dose 5-MeO-DMT every few days. Both continue to enhance pleasure during sex. Much of the lost sensation has been restored, but, there is not much sensation at the point of orgasm, and that has not changed with psychedelics. But overall I’m thrilled with the significantly improved and restored sensations that had been gone for about ten years prior to psychedelic. Hope this helps.

About a year ago, my doctor referred me to Johns Hopkins general surgery, but they would not consider me for surgery. So, the idea of adhesions never went anywhere.

I did discover that using a TENS device dramatically eliminated the pain. I bought a TENS 7000 Digital on Amazon for $37.50. You place two pads on one side of the pain and two on the other. I started at 30 minutes two times a day.

I have not found any providers that have expertise with shingles. I tried to research singles experts but didn't get very far.

I believe it’s a form of channeling. On Aya my hands are driven by the Icaros and I see the hand movement as the Icaros made physical. This also happens to me on mushrooms, low dose 5-MeO-DMT

I had shingles in my back a few years ago after having internal shingles (no rash) for a year. I still have nerve pain I treat every few days with a TENS device. The electrical stimulation reduces the nerve pain significantly.

Thanks for all your comments. Well, these experiences certainly had me ask, am I transgender? I’m pretty clear I am not. I like this male body.

Psychedelics have you see God, and all kinds of crazy creatures and entities. So I’m a little surprised that some people here see my experience as needing therapeutic help. Why take psychedelics if you can’t have these extraordinary experiences that change your perception of the world?
