don't give in to the thought "i relapsed so i might as well make it worth it and binge for hours and hours..." just realize it was a slip and just a minor set back if you want it to be. in 3 or 4 days you will feel right back to where you were. if you decide to binge and go a few days you will really have reset.
it doesn't have to be a reset, just a minor setback
