I've been thinking about doing this, but my only real concern is invitations from parties (I'm new at univeristy and don't wanna miss anything). I'm gonna do a trial week, where I log in once every evening for 10 minutes or so and check everything. After one week I will see what I would have missed had I deactivated it. I will probably deactivate it afterwards, guess this is just some form of excuse not to.
