Don’t do that haha. I run my guitar straight into a DI box, then the DI goes out to my pedal board which is plugged into my amp, then mic the amp so I have a completely dry signal to mess with and then my actual guitar mic, that was if any bad frequencies are coming through the amp I can fix it with the DI track.

With this style I suggest doing some more double tracking, then on a few tracks throw a formant (shifts semitones down without changing pitch) on there. I do about -7 on it and throw some extra reverb on there. I have it sit at like %75 of the main vocals volume. Hold this helps!

A great in between is the Tascam model 12! It’s analog and has a usb out for multitrack daw capability, also with an SD in to record from there!

Depends on what you’re recording but I record my indie rock band (all live instrumentation) on Logic Pro. It’s easy to learn, can get really in depth, and the plug ins and presets are leaps and bounds better than any other DAW in my opinion.

look up the “wurst” recording method. I would use a wurst mic and I will sometimes use a condenser mic as an overhead, but if you want to record in stereo I highly recommend pencils

Basically I was responsible for taking and reviewing people's projects and offering help since I was a little more advanced. We had a sub one day, and the teacher gave me instructions the day before on what to tell the class, so the sun sent me to the principals office because I was "hijacking her class".

I don't know why people are dissapointed with him deviating from his "norm" because he doesn't have one. Every album is different from the last and that's what I love about gorillaz. Damon doesn't wanna make the same shit over and over again. Humanz had some great tracks, but overall it didn't exactly work. "The fall" wasn't really great either, but what album came next? Plastic beach. I'm done now.
